I loved working with Catherine on her designs and delivering this minimalistic, bold and vibrant brand. ‘Ask Catherine’ helps the creative arts, small and medium businesses and non-for-profit organisations with their copy-writing and marketing.
I designed Maciek’s logotype for his music studio, the cover for his music album Awa and all the collaterals for the cd launch, including apparel, print and digital presence.
I worked on the print and web design of this Bay of Plenty truffière brand, growing Périgord, Bianchetto and Burgundy truffles. The first truffles have already been discovered by their German Shepard dog Lola and the business has started to reach out to a handful of fine restaurants that wanted to be contacted on harvest time.
Loved working on a full re-brand of Da Vinci Clinic. The job involved a complete renewal of the clinic stationery, interior and exterior signage, advertising, decor and artwork for the clinic premises.
I’ve worked in editorial design for over 25 years, creating magazines and newspapers across a wide range of styles and formats. Over that time, I’ve developed strong organisational skills and a keen eye for narrative flow, pacing, and layout. One of the real perks of editorial work is collaborating with talented photographers, illustrators, and writers to bring words and images together in ways that feel both effortless and engaging.
I spend a big portion of my time designing books for New Zealand and Australian publishers—and working with self-publishing authors. I love the stories I get to read, but even more, I value the people I meet and the creative trust we build in the process. Helping a book find its visual identity and step into the printed world is always a rewarding job.
Below, I’ve included examples of some printed covers and a few others that didn’t make the cut—but could have.
I have designed the website for Louise Hanes sleepwear and worked on many of her brand designs. Louise produces her pjs from her house studio in Tamahere, employing a team of local talented sewers. A lot of thought and care is put onto each of LH garments, resulting in pieces that are unique, elegant and extra comfortable to lounge around.
